Today, the Board of Directors of Everyone’s Smart University held its third periodic meeting, chaired by His Excellency Counsel Nasser bin Ibrahim Al-Mohimeed, in the presence of the University’s President, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mohimeed, and members of the Council, as well as Her Excellency the General Supervisor, Dr. Sarah Adel. During the meeting, many subjects were reviewed, such as the interim strategy, executive plans, financial statements, the 2021 budget and the 2022 budget, as well as a number of administrative decisions.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors thanked all team works, including academic, administrative and legal officials, for their achievements during the last year. He also appreciated the recent initiatives that took place upon the appointment of His Excellency’s Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mohimeed.

The following decisions were issued by the meeting:

• Approval of the 2022 budget that would represent a 250% increase over the last year.
• Approval of establishing a College of Informatics based on the business plan proposed.
• Authorizing His Excellency, the University President to work on establishing a permanent headquarter in the United Arab Emirate, in Fujairah.
• Authorizing His Excellency, the University President to sign a contract with the MSM Group of Advocates and Legal Consultants in Malta.
