Lecturer of journalism and mass communication at Cairo University. She has more than 15 years of experience in teaching media, in both the practical and theoretical aspects. She received her PhD in Journalism from Cairo University 2019. The Ph.D. dissertation topic included designing an interactive multimedia program to learn media literacy and digital media skills. She also received her master’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the American University in Cairo 2014. The topic of the MA thesis proposed a model for news media literacy skills and levels of political knowledge. She also attended several training courses in digital media and its tools.
