Graduation of the students of the university is made under the auspices of the Director of Higher Education and the Director General of Investment in the Republic of the Comoros.

All university programs are offered in cooperation with Midocean University which licensed and accredited by the Comorian Ministry of Higher Education with license number N22-1110 in cooperation with the Everyone’s Smart University, licensed by the Free Zone Authority Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, under the registration number FZC-2011-2, and a license No. 4248 for distance higher education activity. Accordingly, the degree will be granted to graduates with an accredited certificate issued by Midocean University in cooperation with the Everyone’s Smart University.
